Richard Vierra started Water Opcert School in October 2007. Since then, more than 10,000 water treatment, distribution system, collecton system, and wastewater treatment operators from a wide variety of utility systems have attended classes.
With more than twenty years experience teaching Grade One through Grade Five level material, Richard knows how to establish a dynamic learning environment that benefits all participants.
